Her 15 minutes of fame are up.  The mocking has begun.  After that shall begin the spiral into obscurity followed by a brief resurgence upon her next project and then true obscurity.

Cry? No.  Be slightly disturbed by it and wish it didn't happen in the first place and that she could be judged like any other developer?  Yes.

Likely she was extremely pissed off about that comic made about her at the very least.

maybe I confuse something here. Wasnt she becoming famous due to participating in a Television show? If so, I would assume she knew exactly what she was getting into, becoming a public figure and such.

Yeah, because becoming a public figue means it's perfectly okay for people to make sexist remarks about you and make comics where you give blowjobs to nerds to get them to play your game.  "Blaming the victim" strategies really don't work.  It's not like any male hosts have to deal with this kinda crap.  Just saying she has to deal with it because she's a woman is bull.

It's not like she wasn't a developer or in the field before this too. She actually knows stuff in the field and is qualfied. Also, the fact that you are justifying the fact that it's fine to just randomly degrade people because they're on TV doesn't prove your point.  It just proves that there is a lot wrong with some TV viewers as well.
