Forums - Sony - Lunar : Silver Star Harmony - a perfect remake of a perfect remake.

i've been playing this game for awhile, and i am in loss of words, i really love this game. any JRPG fan please do yourself a favor and play it. even if you haven't played the original this is done better than the original in my opinion of course a lot would like the original due to nostalgia but i also had the original, i'd recommend this version.

i wish all games had this kind of pure soul put into them, too bad these type of games don't sell well =[ , i really wonder why people don't like them....

also how can you not love her voice

Lunar has some very fon memories for me an starte my obsession with dragons, and to this day is tied with Ar tonelico as my #1 favorite JRPG series.

The remake(of a Remake ^_^: ) was as good as i hoped(maybe even a bit better). Here's hoping we get a new remake of Eternal Blue.

Oh no you didn't.
You did not just say the remakes are better than the original.

TSS > SSH > LL > SSSC.
Yea, I don't like SSSC much.

SSH also has this annoying flaw that is the randomness of the attack order.

edit: Oh yea, Lunar Eternal Blue (Sega CD) is the perfection of Lunar.

thats what i mean't with nostalgia

i personally thought the original's atmosphere was a bit like the cliche'd hero and cliche'd herione from the time of release, the remakes are a bit mellow.

Worst part of the game, i always tried to boost a character's agility and yet the character with least agility would attack first.  If it wasn't for the relative easy level of the game i would have been pissed but the game was good but if i never played the original i may have a different opinion.

Without Working Designs, Lunar means nothing to me... u___u

Working Designs was Sega's Square.
