Of course it will, just a matter of time. Pachter already said it on Gametrailers, the userbase of the PS3 is just too big to ingore now. Every game coming from third-party devs are gonna be multiplat from now on. There are a few exceptions, like Gears of War or Mass Effect, which will stay on 360, because the fanbase is on 360 (obviously), but future games are coming to both platforms. Epic Games or Bioware won't develop any exclusives anymore, all games coming after ME and Gears are multiplat. Even games that were PS3 exclusive in Japan are coming out for 360 nowadays. FFXIII and Quantum Theory are just two examples.

I see no reason why they wouldnt and that games radar story seems convincing.
