I mean seriosuly guiz, wait until a proepr game made with 3d in mind ground up to ocme out, it's like saying ps3 can't make UC2 level graphics cuz the games available for it in the first month couldn't do it, very misleading and baiting title

lets wait until the we see games which are made fully with 3d in mind, until then lets all STFU about what the ps3 can't do imo.

I dont think I agree with this. I did lots of research and you can find a decent tower case with proper cooling for 100 bucks. Sure it won't be Antec but it will still do the job.

So you have case ~100

Power supply 100 bucks

mobo + basic Athlon quad core CPU - 250 (you really don't need I7)

Ram 4GB -70 bucks

I guess Wondows 7 is 100 bucks too...so like 650-700 bucks is more than enough to make a 3D capable machine...sans videocards, which I listed separatly.

Yeah you probably could do that. I would go for a Phenom II however due to the higher CPU load an X2 GPU setup causes.

If you're a fan you're a fan. If you want to wait then you want to wait. At some point someone has to be the early beta tester and if thats not you then thats cool. All im saying is that it does make sense if you're enthused by this technology, otherwise no.

I think promoting this in this gen was a mistake by Sony. GT5 is gonna be 720p 30FPS. That is gonna translate into a very slow feeling and worse simulator experience.

What about AA to. Wonder if that will be cut.
