Yes, the SIXAXIS and DS3 triggers are *terrible* and the fact so many people buy those little plastic addons are really a testament to how bad they are. Now that I put on those things my fingers don't constantly slip off the triggers and I like my controller again.

Put me in with this.

Also, I can't put down a controller during a turnbased game without it frantically messing everything up because the triggers press themselves against the floor.

It's real annoying when you put down the controller when watching a movie and it starts rewinding or fast forwarding.

i love the triggers. But i do love the 360 triggers even more. 360 triggers>ps3 triggers>ps2 buttons

I didn't like the ps2 R2 buttons. The Ps3 Triggers work better than the buttons for the purpose but are badly designed, but xbox 360 controllers triggers are much much better (but I don't like the layout as much) and its more comforatable

no the triggers are a definite improvement imo. although I have never had any problems with my fingers sliding of the end. the material is reasonably good grip and the size is just right for my personal fingers, but I could imagine someone in the late 20's onwards having problems because they generally have bigger fingers.

correct me if I am wrong
stop me if I am bias
I love a good civilised debate (but only if we can learn something).

I like them more than PS2 buttons. However, for a shooter, I'd much rather use R1 than R2.

I like the PS3 buttons, I actually feel like I'm pressing something, they go down. The PS2 ones, I always felt I wasn't hitting them and had to push hard. I think all they have to do is add a different texture to them so your finger doesn't slip, but my fingers don't slip on them. Maybe some people are eating too much greasy foods when playing games.

The last time I picked up a PS2 controller, the L2 and R2 buttons felt so cheap compared to the ps3. Having said that, the Ps3 triggers could do with a little more concave curve, but I've had little to no problems with them.

Yes. I hate the new ones. Triggers are too half assed compared to 360.

lol am i like the only person whos fingers never slip of

stop eating greasy food when your playing a game that requires you to use l2 and r2 religiously and you really wont have anything to complain about , they are fine and especially great for racing games
