Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker

The latest issue of Famitsu has been released in Japan and Famitsu review scores are leaking out right now. The biggest game reviewed in the issue is Metal Gear Solid: Peace Walker. Well, Kojima has struck gold once again with this new PSP release, as the game has received the highest score possible in Famitsu.

Metal Gear Solid Peace Walker (PSP) - 10, 10, 10, 10

The game is set to release this summer in North America and things are looking good for this PSP Metal Gear title. Though Kojima has called it Metal Gear Solid 5 numerous times before, this score certainly seems to solidify that fact. Kojima delivers again.

This is actually a very surprising development. I was not expecting Peacewalker to be anything special, but this 40/40 makes it the second perfect score in the Metal Gear Solid series (after MGS 4). Also, this is the first PSP game to receive this score which is notable, but not too spectacular when one considers the PSP library. 

Was actually going to drop my reservation until I heard about this. Well done Hideo Kojima.

Famitsu is giving a lot of perfect scores lately, its reviews aren't respectable to me now

oh come on if the game is given a perfect score people whine about the credibility of the reviewers. If you think the game sucks then say it AFTER you have played the game. And give proper reasons why.

Apparently, Famitsu's boss has been in Peace Walker ads... and Famitsu appears in Peacewalker.

Not saying it's effecting the review... but it's worth noting.
