hmm... I forgot about Trucks. He is being an ultra sneaky lurker.

He would be above Trangent on my lynch list

ScifiBoy not so much

What's a ultra sneaky lurker exactly? A lurker who posts a lot?

If we're voting for a lurker I would prefer we go for trangentspree. He's barely participating while he was really active in other games and his last big post felt scummy to me. I'll dig it up on my lunch break.

Ok, I'm going to quote you on that. I don't remember you posting "a lot". It could just be that you haven't really said anything, so I haven't taken notice. I'll go back and read some of the thread

Well, trangent's weighed in now, but I'm still unsatisfied.  He talks a lot about dsister being weird and suspicious (which is true), and finishes by saying he's considering voting him, but without ever coming up with an objection to the current plan of waiting till tomorrow to see if he can prove his innocence.  And he says that dsister's painted a big target on himself, which is also true, but wouldn't that be another reason to NOT lynch?  Let the mafia do it for us?

FoS trangentspree

Well you seem to have overlooked my earlier post this day?

I'm baffled by dsister actively drawing so much attention to himself - because it is exactly not what I would expect a player with the ability he suggests he has to do, in fact it's the type of behaviour I would expect a player not afraid of getting nightkilled to do. That post was more my trying to make sense of this whole situation and certain things that I thought might go wrong with this plan.

1. dsister has hinted quite strongly what his role/ability might be, and it might be enough for j0 to nullify him. Alternatively, this might play into an excuse for dsister tomorrow if he's been lying to us, to claim he got nothing because he lost his role. I'm not saying this is likely to happen, but I want the possibiliy that it could to be stated.

2. dsister is now a very noisy and obvious target. Just surviving the night would be inherently suspicious - unless there is more about his role that we do not know or other factors come into play. If he does survive, and this mod notification comes true it should hopefully be enough to dispell any concern about this. But he's either very confident in his security or he's made a complete and continued botched job out of today and he's hoping to get very lucky.

In my earlier post I looked at dsister, falcon and mario because they stood out as most suspicious to me. I only ruled out falcon in my last post because he had become a lot more active finally and because I thought he was making some decent points - I'm not against the plan for waiting until tomorrow with dsister but I at least want the opportunity of looking at the thread more thoroughly than I was able to last night before deciding if I think mario or anybody else is more deserving of my vote right now.

This is the post that made me suspicious of trangentspree.

His first point seems to me like he's suggesting that j0 removes dsister44's power (which would be convenient for him if he's scum) or alternatively he's giving dsister44 a way to get out of his promise (convenient for him and dsister if they're both scum, which I doubt but is still possible).

His second point, ignores the possibility of protective roles even though there was no night kill on Night 1. Also, it could be paranoia talking, but saying "dsister surviving the night would be suspicious" is the perfect setup if he's scum. He puts that idea out there and kills someone else during the night then brings it up tomorrow.

I think you could be right about this. In past games he would post a lot and try to get certain answers out of people. This game he isn't doing any of that. His style has completely changed. It is like he is trying to not get noticed. But, that could just be him being busy, unless that's what he wants us to think.

Not trying to make it seem that I am defending him, but that play style got him lynched. Twice... When that happens you should change your play style

You and your selective memory. He got lynched on the last day in his first game, he was a SK and almost won the game, I wouldn't say that it was his play style that got him in trouble.

In his second game, he was lynched because we thought we wouldn't be able to get a majority on a human so we opted for him since he didn't have voting power. Once again, it's not really his play style that was at fault, he was more a victim of circumstances.

1. I don't have selective memory. My memory is crap! There's a difference!

2. I remember two games ago. I was the cop replacing dtewi. Last day came and it was between him and m0j0. I chose to vote him over m0j0 just because his play style screamed scum.

3. Are you saying last game you chose to lynch an invincible townie because you didn't think you could get a human? No wonder you guys lost.
