This list is pathetic. Gabe Newell & Peter Molyneux eliminated already? They made some of the best PC games ever!

The point of an elimination game is to eliminate all but one developer. Thus, entrants who are viewed as strong competition may be eliminated early, so as not to later pose a threat to a player's desired victor. It's not like the order of elimination reflects perceived quality; in fact, it's in some ways the opposite.
