Forums - Gaming - what is the best movie based video game u have ever played ?

Definitely Goldeneye followed by The Chronicles of Riddick

Since Goldeneye is the easy choice for best, I'll go with my with second favorite game in LOTR Return of the King For the GC/PS2/Xbox. The game was full of hack-n-slash goodness.

Depends on what you mean by Movie based. If you mean Franchise game based on a movie, I'd say Tie Fighter on the PC. If you mean just straight movie based game, it would probably be Goldeneye 007 on the N64. Followed by Star Wars: Pod Racing on the PC.

Six upcoming games you should look into:

Probably Aladin or Lion King.

Goldeneye on N64 and BATMAN on NES

I'm tempted to put Arkham Asylum down but I think that counts more as a comic-book based game. I remember really enjoying Lord of the Rings: Return of the King for PS2.

Definitely the Lord of The Rings games, Two Towers was awesome.

Well since everyone has said Goldeneye, i will say that one of the worst video games based on a movie is IRON MAN fuck that game had no variety just harder and more amounts of the same enemies. This game made me soooo mad, probably the only game that i have literally given up on.

1. Goldeneye
2. Spider Man 2
