Anyone else expiriences constant lag on this site?, other sites are fine but this one lags alot, even posting a thread gets hard sometimes

I do some days. Today I am fine I think it was last friday I could not even bother logging on as it was so freaking slow.

Maybe it has something to do with your cache?

cache = old internet history etc?

Eh my cache is cleaned everyday when I use CCleaner

I guess that's the problem, because it removes all the pictures and stuff.

Oh? To be honest I am not sure if you are being honest or joking. I am pretty meh on techie stuff. My brother is the techie of teh family.

I had a lot of trouble with ads timing out, then blocking the rest of the page from loading, but that was like a week ago.

But my connection here at school has been faulty for a while anyway. Just not a good setup.

logging in gives you priority over the guests, which will help the pages load faster. This benefit for members was added a while ago.

Also, clearing your cache does slow down website loading. It means all the resrouces (like the banner images at the top of every page) have to be redownloaded the first time you visit the website rather than just reading it off your HDD. In the old days of browsers you used to have to clear your cache on occasion as they would overload and cause other problems, but now I really don't think it matters any more.

I mostly experience lag on this site,when I have java script turned on my ps3 browser,but several sites can't handle the ps3 browser. On my computer this site works just fine.
