Everytime they announce an announcement. It always turns out pretty lame anyways. So i'll wait and see. Not to hyped over this.

Great news. I loved Substantial 2. It's vaporous visuals and inaudible audio were perfect for naptime. It could be PD: Orta, Shenmue, Otogi (doubtful after DS), PGR, Thief?, Blinx or Toe Jam and Earl 4 for all I know. Tecmo have gotten their last hatfull of M$ money. Kotor 3 and ESV will be multiplat if they ever get made.

It's an old turn based strategy game on the PC.

 

This one is a re-imagining, in the form of an FPS for Xbox 360 and PC.

Looks like it is XCom.  And, from a PC gamer perspective, it would be substantial.  However, considering they went FPS route, I don't know.  It is akin to turning Shadowrun into Team Fortress and dropping all the RPG stuff from it.
