its all relative. this argument can go on for days. but in the end nobody wins. theoretically you can argue sony or nintendo did it first. but that wouldn't be entirely true. although i've made a case for sony in a nintendo forum. the truth (witch is also something i argued)is neither. its been in research for years so there u have it. even before sony or nintendo did it. they just didi it the best, and sony won't haft to release a move motion pluse because of 1:1 tracking.

Completely false. Had Sony kept their trap shut about the Wii for the previous 3-4 years noone would be giving them crap for it. Its not that they copied or are percieved to have copied, its that they dissed the Wii first and then they copied. Look at my signature for illustrative purposes. Sony as an arrogant company are getting what they deserve.
The reason why noone gives a crap about the similarities between the Eyetoy and Natal is because Microsoft didn't first go around and tell everyone at any available opportunity how much the PS2 + Eyetoy combination sucked. What Sony has said in the past is again coming home to roost.

to ne honest they all copy each other. it generaly goes in the order of nintendo copy something from fairley low key people. sony then copy nintendo and make it better than it was before and microsoft copies sony then tries to pass it of as an all new expiriance until they realise there not folling anyone :P
Sony's eyetoy and sixaxis were a bust. How many of you have and use your eyetoy or use the sixaxis in playing your ps3 games?
Not alot, actually barely alot.
If sony would hav just improved their eyetoy and their controller, they could have done something with it
