2nd best one for me.

lol your outnumbered here radha. I really don't understand any of your complaints.

Not to mention a lot of your OP is misleading, most missions aren't available after you finish the game, I believe you can play all if not most before leaving Chapter 11, then chcocobo's are available before the game ends too.

Please tell me which mini game got you 550K gil, I really want to know. If Its chocobo digging, it can be repeated.

I'm all for this direction that FF is going in.

********SPOILER************

Fixed the litle robot at oebea, it gave me 3 items i sold for 150k and a couple of others

is a mistery to me why would anyone like this game if you are specting a JRPG, i understand that a 12-17 years old teen likes this game since is ridiculouslly easy and you cant get lost ever, i also see how a "casual" gamer would enjoy this game since story is revealed in the first 4 hours of the game and all you do is push the analog stick up, but to someone who is specting a JRPG this game is pure crap, let me show you.

The most praised part of the game apart from graphics is the figthing machanics, well you really dont do anything, you only have up to 6 options to choose per battle, yes only six, in other FF you had 3 character each with a specific set of magical attacks and you had to choose the character then , attack or magic, then choose the magical ability from a huge set, then choose the target. None of that is here, you have 6 role combinations of which you will mostly use 3 and thats it, is as much fun as playing Microsoft Word, if you die you hit retry and you start right there, choose another set of role and is done, character will automaticly choose the right set of attact and elemental magic for you, even the character you control has an auto command that you will press 99% of the time. I dont see any strategy in this at all, i think a five year old can beat any bad guy ramdomly choosing the secuence of roles, and i believe that was the intention with this game.... im so sad right now, tthis game is one of the reasons i got me a ps3, and is just soo bad as an jRPG.

Its not western at all in style. Its completely linear and full of hours of CG, which is completely the opposite of a WRPG.

Which makes it that much better.

My point wasn't about wrpgs vs jrpgs at all or the quality of the game.

I was simply saying that the assumption that FF13 is westernised is false. Unless of course the OP means they're trying to copy something completely outside of the RPG genre, in which case I could understand that.

But its certainly not drawing any inspiration from WRPGs.

i agree with you OP. i HATE this game. havent touched it in 2 weeks and have no desire to. i hated 12 A LOT, but 13 pales in comparison to even 12. SE has ruined FF imo. they just aren't good games anymore.

I have been hearing that since Final Fantasy VIII. and time after time I always enjoy them. So I guess they are just fine as they always have been.

by western , am refering to what uada had said many times, taht they want to appeal westenr audience, and if you play FF13 you will notice many of the no JRPGs fans complains have been addressed, no ramdom ancounters, no comboluted story, no stiff select command and wait battle system, linear , non stop action a.k.a no towns, also, the main character is a pritty girl not a guy, graphics more important than story.

It is not trying  to be a WRPG is trying to be MW, gear of war or uncharted and in that sence it does resembles.

you talk as if you have never liked JRPG's, let me put it this way , if you go to a strip club you spect to see pretty girls naked, but if you go in and is full of

fat girls with their head shaved and wearing military uniforms, you cant say thats the best strip club you have ever been because thats not a strip club at all.
