I couldn't imagine what would become of us if we had the same kind of tragedy.

i know the russian planes are shit...and the weather may have been bad.
but i find it hard to rule out the possibility that its the russians acting on them being upset with poland and their current interceptor agreement with the US. and its certainly not above the russian goverment to murder people.

There was heavy fog, airfield in Smolensk is very small and ill equiped for bag weather system and the plane should have been replaced by new one 10 years ago (but politicians didn't have balls to spend millions when budget was always full of holes)

I thought Obama had shelved the interceptor agreement as the horrible idea that it was...

 

It would be something distinctly Russia to do, but it is most likely an accident, and quite a devastating one. Who will take over from Kaczynski?
