. Anyways, SSFIV can't be hailed as the best SF ever since it hasn't even launched yet. For me, the only way to tell if a SF is really good (let alone the best) is after months and years of playing (and of course balance issues). SFIV has been the best for me, with third strike a very close second. So unless they screw up royally, SSFIV should be the best for me.

I'm pretty sure you cannot take off the ultras. I know why you would want to, as I was pretty pissed about ultras at first (seriously, I HATE it when I completely outplay my opponent with Cammy just to get lp shoryuken into an ultra to die), but as I got better, I learned to not fall for tricks or make mistakes that can get me caught with an ultra.
Hey everybody, when SSFIV comes out, I was thinking about making an official VGChartz PSN Weekly Tournament, granted that there is enough people interested. So would anybody in this thread be interested?
