I would say double KO. Dinosaurs in general seemed really good at killing and not so good at not dieing.
I think this is true for animals in general. It's why animals rarely fight when equally matched, because without things like medical treatment, it results in double death.
So to reiterate, I think one would win the fight, and the other would die from it's festering wounds since the littlest wound really could be bad.
