Not usually, though there are some atheist groups yes. Meetings doesn't make it a religion though, there is no specific dogma, no required beliefs and no organisation. It also lacks any belief in the supernatural which is sometimes stated as a requirement for religion.

 

If farmers have meetings is farming a religion?
