I jsut recieved email from gamefly telling me about this thing. I dunno if its legit or not so i emailed gamefly about it. I should get an answer in about a day or so.

Anyway, the site is brightspot.tv. Googling results says the site is legit and they only offer Gamefly and NBA discounts for the moment. Anyone have any experience with them?
