I have both dude, and I still hink Assassins creed is better, its more of an adventure type game. Uncharted is awsome too, but assassins creed is amazing.

Assassins Creed has so many problems. The bugs are annoying, like when you finish an enemy off with a counter move, your character goes through walls. The biggest twist is shown in the beginning, ruining the experience. And are there any unlockables that you can get that are worth another play through? No. Sadly I doubt most of the people who get AC will finish it. Others may like it but I don't.

Both are amazing games, but Uncharted has just well it immersed me the moment I started playing. Ratchet and Uncharted are the two games this year that had me more memorized while I was playing since Kingdom Hearts!
