Mission 5 is located on Yaschas Massif, on the Cie'th stone right before the Mission 4 mark.

Mission 7 is located on Yaschas Massif on the ruins of Paddrean Archaepolis. It's on the southern most part of Yaschas Massif.

Mission 13 is located on Archlyte Steppe, right before the path that leads to Mission 12 Cie'th Stone. 

k i did mission 5 now im doing mission 7.  Thanks a lot!

You're welcome ;) Mission 7 should be a piece of cake for you at your level now. When I did it on chapter 11 it kicked my ass the first time I went at it >_<  

 

Yea i 5 stared him.  I got the R&D depot.  Trapezohedrons are fucking expensive.  HOLY CRAP!!  Id rather get them from killing dinosaurs than to buy one.  Killing dinosaurs=cp+trapezohedron or platinum ingot(maybe)   R&D depot=FUCKING RIP OFF  XD

Anyways ill go do mission 12 now.  Then 13 and finally 14.  Thanks again for all your help!

Yup, Trapezahedrons are fucking rip-offs on the stores. Pretty much all Transformation Catalysts are. I rather farm them of enemies than to buy them. 

But beware the Adamantoises when you're farming for Trapezahedrons, they are x10 tougher than any boss in the game, except for the last mission enemies and the evolution of Adamantoises, Long Guis, which are the toughest enemies in the game.

It's a Mnar Stone. You can buy them at The Motherlode for 60K or wait until you get to mission 47 which has one for the reward
