It's probably going to be a few years before 3DTV's become big in homes. There's no point in buying one at the moment since:

1. It's a first or early generation model
2. It's incredibly expensive
3. Not much uses it
4. There will be bigger, better, and cheaper ones out in a few years

1) I just bought a 55" HDTV that already cost me ~$1800 I will not be replacing it and I don't need another
2) If I did need another, I have a 32" HDTV that is now doing nothing

There are more reasons than that, but those will suffice.

Well, i'm not going to buy neither. I'm saving money to get a 46XBR9 at june(In Brazil it costs 2500$) and forget about HDTV releases for at least 5 years.

NO I just got a HD one late last year.

Not a chance really. I'm not big on 3D. I'll wait till they come down in price in a few years.
