4 isn't even out yet and they are working on a new game. As of right now it's being called Project K and I am not sure if the image is just concept art of something in game or not.

If it's in game it's looks like a PSP game.

edit: it's from the trailer and I think it's a portable game

And as we all know it will also take years IF it comes to the rest of the world. What a shame that yakuza 3 won't sell much the game should have been in English at least or put it at 50 dollars at least
