rofl this thread is hilarious. I was very sad when my 360 rrod not becuase i wouldnt play with it but because it was my first xbox and I had so many good experience with it. I went to the retailer i bought it from and they gave me a new one right away, though i woulda prefered if they repaired it.

note. My 360 only rrod once and now i have the 360 they gave me which hasnt rrod yet and i dont think it will rrod anytime soon. probably run out of warranty before it rrod cause my first xbox was under tremendous usage keeping it for days running without any rest, i guess i over adused it.

I had RROD one year and one day after i brought my Elite aparently it was a different error to any one MS had had before :S

still game station gave me a new one

rofl. 50 kw. my 360 is over 200 times less than that and it heats up my room.

It's to run your how when you lose power in  a storm...lol!

Got my 360 back today, so that didn't take long..

I sent it out on the 19th it was the Friday after making this thread.

And got it back today..

I'm sending it back tho, it will not load games, the date on the back shows 03/16/10 but that just when it was refurbished and then they just pass it on to me, was really hopping to get a New Chipset..

I will just keep sending it back until I get a nice one

EDIT - HAHA, just turned on my xbox 360 .... the power cable wasn't in correct so I got the 3 lights. I thought that would be too creepy ...

You want RROD, Duct tape the vents(but don't open up your Xbox), It will give you the overheating Ring (which is two rings), but if you leave it on long enough while its overheated it will eventually melt the part of the motherboard and you will get RROD (three rings).Then just take the duct tape off and they won't know you did it. I've done it before and it wasn't hard to do.
