Video RAM means in general all forms of random access memory used to store image data for a computer display. Mass Effect 2 has pretty bad textures, it only takes up about 1.5-2 gigs of my 8 gigs of RAM so you should be fine.
I have 4 gigs of ram. But I am confused as to why it says 2.7 gigs of video ram. Its just the onboard video ram + the left over ram from your PC?
I don't know how they calculate it, I just know some of the ram on your machine also counts on top of the one on the video card. One test said I had 4 gigs of it...
yes it very well could there is some factor's that can play it depends on what you may have on board your motherboard does your motherboard have on board video card Ram?
to find out more about your machine
try this program

Isn't it just for 32 bit systems? Or is that not what the 32 stands for?
Built-in video cards don't typically have built in RAM, they use system memory.
You do not have the right to never be offended.
It is counting left over system ram as additional vram.
As far as I remember the 250 GTS has a 512MB and 1GB version.
