Which Lord of the Rings Film was the best?

The Fellowship of the Ring 10 30.30%

The Two Towers 13 39.39%

The Return of the King 10 30.30%

Total:33

There is no wrong answer for this. All 3 are masterpieces in their own way, but my favorite is the Two Towers. I know most say that Return of the King or the Fellowship of the Ring, but at the Helms Deep part, and I see children fighting for their country and how Rohan feels forsakened by the world, that is so powerful. 2nd is the Fellowship, and 3rd is Return of the King.

Grade wise I would give

Two Towers-98
Fellowship-97
Return-94

Most movies will never get that high in my gradebook!

Fellowship is the best

Two Towers is the best

The first one makes me fall asleep every time I see it, and the third one just kept going on and on...

So, Two Towers be default.

my fav is the 3rd one
too bad the end was too looooooooong and boring

Oh wow it's really hard. The three of them are so awesome.

But there was something about The Fellowship of the Ring that makes it more memorable.

Why is there no all of the above!? Return is the best though. Extended editions are the only ones to watch though. Can't wait for The Hobbit.

The Fellowship of the Ring, Idk why but I enjoy everytime I see it and more than the other 2, all are great though.

because even though all three are about equal, that is a cop out. Each one has been considered the best by many different critics. So you get to decide which one is the best even though all three are needed to complete the story.

That's why there needs to be an all of the above.
