I don't think it will be a success on any scale due to the fact that it's not bundled with every PS3, and it's not the focus of the PS3.

Add to that the shoddy reviews by people who have actually tried the games, and I fail to see how this is going to grab anybody other than PS3 owners who really wish they had a Wii. (Secretly.)

But really, if they can't get the bowling game to work right how can anybody expect much of anything from this?

Of course it'll be a success. The Wii has proven it's a success.

It's gonna have mountains of ported shovelware too, which will actually help it sell.

It will be bundled with Eye Pet... It will sell...

the Move needs a balanc3 board to be a success.

Well, they have probably have a base with EyeToy surely, on the back of Eyepet, Eye of Judgement, Singstar, etc. who are likely pick this up, plus some will take a bundle plus of course some PS3 owners will want to give this a try, so they will for sure see okay sales.

I'd say that MS is in the same position, there are enough 360 owners out there for a decent percentage to decide why not.

The bigger question IMHO is will they get traction for consistent sales or will they get bought for a bit of fun then stuck on a shelf for long periods of time?

I agree, people will buy bundles because of the implied value, but since Wii's aren't sold out anymore you can easily find them. 

A PS3 with a Move bundle and a Wii sitting next to each other to your typical casual gamer are essentially the same thing except:

• The Wii has more things they have heard of (Mario, Wii Sports, Wii Fit)
• The Wii is much cheaper while offering the same thing
• The Wii is something their kids can play

they did not say it was bad, they said they was not impressed because it was exactly like wm+, but only a little bit better, but with more or less the same games lol
