what are some must have extension that you use, for me it would have to be the gmail, adblock, and twitter extensions, how about you?

Not quite yet, Chrome doesn't have the proper infrastructure to do selective script disablement and object blocking.

There's no point in blocking ads in Chrome, by Google's limitations, they can only be blocked after loaded - thus, really having no effect.

well the ads dont bother me anymore.....when i open a page, the ad is simply not there, its like....amazing =D

Think about this for a moment.

Google lives from ads and statistical data.

Why would they make it possible to block ads on their own browser?

The extension system in the nightlies is not limited and Google has promised to allow adblockers. You forget that even more than just ads the purpose of Chrome is to create a standards based internet devoid of the influence of MS.
