They're all over the place for platforms on these tales games. Why can't they just stick to a single platform instead of going from Wii to 360 to PS3 to PSP back to Wii then to PSP...

Oh, I see.
Well, at least WoW will be happy (I assume).
I liked Narikiri Dungeon but its sequels were better.

I called it, a new Tales game. It had to be that or a new Final Fantasy or Pokemon. And to see why it had to be a game from one of those three series, see below.

Tales, like the Final Fantasy titles, is trying to develop funds based on 'quantity' and not 'quality'. And before you jump on my case about this, I'm not saying the games are bad. I'm merely stating that the developers of the series understand, again like Final Fantasy, that if they put multiple titles on all the different platforms, they will make more money than just making 2, 5 or even 10 games for just one platform. In effect, if they focused all their energy on one or two high budget titles on an HD console, but they didn't sell well, then that would be wasted effort. But if they spread out, and make admittedly a number of moderate games with a few high effort ones on all the platforms, they will make more profit.
And more to the point, their target audience (Japan) seems to be eating up this kind of strategy. Look at the three top game series in Japan. Pokemon, Dragon Quest and Final Fantasy. While Pokemon and Dragon Quest have limited themselves to one platform for the most part, they are producing far more games than ever before in every type of genre they can, not just limited to their 'main series'. And Final Fantasy....well, I don't think I need to keep pressing the similarities there.
