I have looked in the news and also here. Couldnt find it if already posted please close the thread.
Hotel Dusk went bankrupt. It was a DS/Wii developer and made games like:
Another Code: Two Memories NDS (2005), Hotel Dusk: Room 215 (NDS, 2007), Another Code R: A Journey into Lost Memories (Wii) und Little King's Story (Wii).

Interesting is that it went bankrupt because of 2 Million Euro.
