Manhunt 1 was awesome but they had to water down Manhunt 2 big time.

How do you port over a game that doesn't exist? And you know, Manhunt does have a decent sized following. |
My bad, I was thinking he said Manhunt 2.
Considering Manhunt 2 barely broke 300k even with controversy, I don't think the decent following will justify the need for another one for a while.

Actually, I was wrong again. I looked at the PS2 and PSP versions instead of the PS2 and Wii versions so it did a little over 500k which might make the franchise not die, but I wouldn't hold my breath.

Yeah I'm seriously asking how it would work. You've figured out very little of everything that goes into Manhunt, basically the killing motions, like stabbing someone, or suffocating them. That's what Natal could potentially do better. Now explain to me how walking, running, hiding, and a ton of other things that go into making Manhunt work fit into a camera based motion system.
It's a half baked idea based on one aspect of a game that could become a little more interactive, while hindering the rest of the experience. This is like the people suggesting Killer Instinct as a Natal release. I sometimes wonder if the people making these suggestions have ever played the previous games at all.
Ok well assuming no one can over come how to move around in a 3d space and use camera angles with natal, it could still be done quite easily with arc.
The idea of this thread was to discuss creative freedoms and the moral ramifications of a game of this nature with 1:1 motion controls, Not sales.
