Having the replay mode as DLC while slightly annoying is not that big a deal for me.
However it should be free and not as part of some mission pack just to justify charging for it.

Replays should be standard in sandbox games. The amount of crazy random funny shit that has happened during my gta4 sessions...man I wish some of it was on video.
