Sony did this cool thing that if you put your PS3's together you can transfer everything over. It was put into their latest firmware update. And yeah, i think it just moves them it doesn not copy them.

Didn't they add in the ability to do a direct transfer between ps3s after the Slim came out? That should allow you to copy everything, even copy protected saves, to the new ps3, and it should allow you to continue getting trophies on all saves, etc.

People give me a lot of flak for hating random things having to do with Sony but it's stupid fucking bullshit like this that makes it easy.  If this were a launch title I might understand but the PS3 has been out for three fucking years and every other save game is fine.  It's bad enough they fucked up something as simple as movement like they've never played a game that had a 3D world before but they fuck up saved games this badly too?

What the Hell is their problem?  This game doesn't even have any online components but they're that worried about copying saves to a new PS3?

The sad thing is that I was actually liking this game but fuck them, I guess I'm not even going to finish it because I don't want to go through all that crap again. 

Screw this game, I'm done with it.

I don't know.  He doesn't seem to be the only person who finds replaying the game worse then most others.

I figured it'd be that way... in fact that's why I'm planning on simply renting it... even though I haven't rented a videogame in... probably 10+ years... because i'm generally against the practice.


It seems this is a game you wouldn't want to lose your progress on... more then others.  Like say... Disgaea, with the difference being that Disgaea has infinite replay after you progress.  Well near infinite.
