if you dont want it to be distorted go to your tv settings and look for the option for aspect ratio. change it 16:9 or 4:3 letterbox. that may help a little bit

Yeah, it's not the TV relosution. It's just only using the Yellow A/V jack for video on an HDTV blur. I know some TVs do a decent job of fixing that, but mine does not.
