As much as I detest the fact that this is an issue in society (when I was that young I was so innocent in example!) however when kids that age have sex (thats when, you hear about youth pregnancy all the time) it'd better that it was done with protection.

but they aren't (here anyway) classed as "teenagers" until they're 13... even then, i don't think i even started fancying boys til i was like 15, lol.

i agree that its good of the govt to take precaution, but at the same time its like they're sending out a message that its ok to do it..
