As much as I'd like Inglorious Basterds to win it I think the Hurt Locker will. If not then Avatar will.

inglorious basterds

the rest aside from district 9 were crap

(and by the rest, i mean all hollywood movies)

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

i will add i havent seen the hurt locker yet, from what i hear it may be ok

I haven't seen The Hurt Locker but I've seen Avatar, Up, District 9 and Inglorious Basterds and I can say Avatar was the best out of these.

I didn't think anybody watched this anymore and wtf is with 10 movies going up for best picture.
I dont like the system as Avatar and foot locker are the favorites, yet because the voters of the award rate all the movies as one out of ten it is believed the third most likely candidate might sneak in a win (Inglorious bastards). This is said to happen because some voters are believed to put either avatar or foot locker first and the other last to prevent a win.
What a stupid system.

UP!!!! It is the only one I have even seen out of those. I blame my friends little girl.

you know what's funny? i watched inglorious basterds with my girlfriend and there was nobody in the theater at all. we wound up not watching most of the movie and making out like crazy instead. basically i didn't really get the point.

I was actually a little disappointed with Up.

Pixar is awesome usually though.

But then again Kung Fu Panda (by Dreamworks) was better than Wall-E imo.

I just can't wait for Toy Story 3!
