Well, the prototype name for the kitten is koa, giving it a scottish style would be what?
McKoa? Sounds... good I think :P

Sorcha - pronounced "SOH ruh sha" (usually pronounced sorsha) is gaelic from the word for brightness or light.
Catriona is from the greek word for pure (pronounced catrina, you could just call her Cat for short - works well i think
)
but McKoa also sounds good. i would be personally honoured if you names her that
and she is so friggin cute, you better post a pic when she opens her eyes!! :D
Alba is the old roman word for Scotland, it means dawn
either way, feed her plenty of haggis and not too much shortbread and she'll grow up healthy and strong :)
There's a small thing that I'm yet to find out, the actual owner is not sure whether it really is a female.
If it is a male it will still being koa, I think it fits both genres.
And while McKoa sounds good I can already imagine my mom and sister calling it "macoa" instead of the fast scottish "Mkoa"
Is there some other way to scottishize the name Koa?
name it socks are snowball are something and something. lol

i shall endeavour to think of scottishisations (?) for the name Koa, but you could just tell them the Mc is pronounced like Mick. or it could be your secret wee nickname
