I'n not sure why people that don't own both consoles are even discussing this? It's not like you have a choice anyway. It's just fanboy trolling.

I would laugh my ass of if the 360 version outsold the PS3 one. The meltdown would be epic.

Nevertheless, this is a shame for Square Enix and their statements about the 2 games being pratically the same.

Does the low resolution put you off?
The PS3 version is running at 720p, with cutscenes at 1080p.

If 576p is only half of full HD does that mean the PS3 version isn't full HD either since it's only 2/3's HD?

no... I am not a fanboy.  I just prefer the 360 controller, I prefer the 360 achievements, I prefer the 360.  Simple.

Are people who bought the DOZENS of multiplats that were better on the 360 for their PS3's fanboys?  no.. they just prefer the PS3 that does not make them fanboys.

Lowered resolution doesn't bother me, but the super jaggies I've seen does. I was going to buy this on 360 because I prefer to play games on that, but I've changed my mind to getting it on PS3... assuming it's not noticeably more expensive when I buy it. I was checking out Darksiders and for about a month there was a near $20 price difference on Amazon. If the FFXIII is priced like that when I get around to picking it up, it'll be 360 regardless of jaggies.
