God of War II. Every other slasher pales in comparision.

The king of the genre will be back on the 16th to rip Bayonetta's head off and re-obtain the crown.

God of War I (come on guys, GOW II was phenomenal but GOW started it all

The thing I liked about GOW was that it was so unique and completely juxtaposed to Devil May Cry and Ninja Gaiden (which were it's only real competitors at the time)
