Nah.  It was just demoed at E3.  It was announced on GTTV in like January of 2008, and then it was Game Informer's cover story the following month.

I could honestly see them doing the exact same with Killzone 3, if it is really hitting this year.  GT + GI combo.


Didn't Uncharted 2 also had a GTTV reveal? They do that for a lot of sequals to game already on the PS3 hmm?

Uncharrted 2 was revealed with a teaser during the 2008 VGAs, followed up by a longer trailer during GTTV and a GI cover story.
