Fixed to reflect my beliefs.

Marriage is not a religious ceremony,  it should not be limited to what they believe in.  Marriage is a civil union between 2 people,  and their gender should not determine whether they can participate or not.  Why cant 2 men or 2 women married to each other be miserable like most married couples are today?

yeah i dont see why not...

"They will know heghan belongs to the helghast"

"England expects that everyman will do his duty"

"we shall fight on the beaches, we shall fight on the landing grounds, we shall fight in the fields and in the streets, we shall fight in the hills; we shall never surrender"

yes of course.

Religiousy marriage? Probably not.

Normal marrieage (or whatever it's called)? Absolutely.

Religion pretty much dictates that it's between a man a woman. But a non-religious marriage is perfectly all right. Too bad America is still caught up in its meaningless and pointless anti-homophobia agenda.

You can call me homophobic or whatever you want, but that's just my beliefs. I think marriage is meant to be between a man and a woman.

@Chairman-Mao

And I'm saying some bullying at school is preferable to staying in an orphanage longer. Being in an institution longer does far more damage to a child then the social stigma of having gay parents would. And if it gets the child out sooner because they're more couples willing to adopt then I'm saying from my personal experience with both seeing orphanages and meeting many adopted children and seeing the near irreparable damage even a few years in an institution can do to a child then it would be preferable for them to be adopted by gay parents then not adopted at all or to stay in the institution for a few more years.

No.
Because I don't agree with marriage.
It's too flawed and one sided legally so it's a sham.

I don't see why gays shouldn't have the same rights as straight people I just think the rights straight people have are wrong and need refining so why would a gay person want them.
Still if they want them fine.

I should clarify it a bit better.
I'm all for gays having the same rights as straight people so for them getting married I'm against marriaged in it's current legal form.

Why shouldn't gay people get to suffer like we do.

If marriage is a religious act, the government shouldn't touch it with a ten foot pole, if the government is involved with it, then it has to be equal rights for all. So either gay people should be allowed to get married, or marriage shouldn't be a legal union.
