add modnation racers to the list as well if shes into the mario kart type of games, most women i know are. (not that most men aren't)

I think Sony makes the best movie like games. Also if she has already netflix Bluray could be atleast a nice add on.

But I dont know her and why you dont show her both of your consoles with some of the games she might like and she can decide then.

well the ps3 does have the whole blueray and free online thing going on, soooo.... yeah

Tell her to buy or rent a PS3 along with those two she's interested in (Bioshock 1 and Heavy Rain).

If she liked one of them or both, recommend her Uncharted 1.

If she liked them but doesn't want to buy more games, lend her Uncharted 1+2.

If she liked one or all of them and is still interested in Mass Effect, you can always lend her your 360 along with ME 1+2.

Most important: As soon as she has a PS3 at her home, tell her to get Flower.

Pretty easy IMO. Free online, More Movie-esque games, etc on the PS3. Plus the price is fairly comparable between the two systems and the PS3 still provides Blu-Ray (Regardless of her current desire, she may have future wants).  There is also some interesting games on a relaxed pace like Flower that might resonate well. 

Additionally, you keep sounding like Mass Effect is a big sticking point, which while far-fetched isn't out of the question may arrive for the PS3 at a later date. 

360 its cheap and all of her friends have it and paying $50 for online is the best thing she could do with her money and Japan is not important..

Th3 360 has a much better controller and game selection.

ps3... why is this even a question. slim is the best value right now among consoles.
