I'm just looking forward to getting back to civilization (and sushi restaurants). Any recommendations?

Not a sushi fan, but I hear theres some great stuff.

I do like great food though. What part of town are you moving too, and what price range of a restaurant are you interested in?

I'm staying in Champlin for a month or so until I decide where I want to get a place. I'm going to work in Robbinsdale.

When it comes to restaurants, I'd prefer to keep them on the less expensive side because I'm going to be prowling the city solo for a bit until I meet some people. No need to impress myself with expensive food.

pretty lame you didnt move there 40 years ago when the lakers were there.

also twins fan eh? gotta be aggravating last few years, they have lost SO MUCH talent and not brought much back in

its a testament to their management team to be competitive year after year

if they lose morneau you better go burn down the stadium now that you live there

Morneau is tied up for a few years. Mauer is the one they have to re-sign right now.

They've lost a lot but they really did a great job of attacking the FA market this offseason. Hudson, Hardy, and Thome are all great, cheap pick-ups. I don't see anyone in the AL Central challenging them unless the injury bug bites hard.

as i was writing i knew i was mixing those names up

but yeh great pick up with O hudson, wildly underrated player

thome though is ready for the glue factory unless they get him the cream and the clear

Last year's game of the year turned out to be Silent Hill : Shattered Memories (online GOTY was COD 6).  This year's GOTY leader to me is Heavy Rain.

Don't you live in like...Los Angeles or something? Why are you moving? Support the west, man.

Not sure about that area. If you head down to Maple Grove, there is a ton of places to eat around Arbor Lakes. I like Biaggi's. It's a chain, but it's good food. Also, there is Old Chicago (another chain, but good lower cost food).

First you need to go to a Timberwolves game. We play with heart.

Go to MOA in Bloomington. Best thing the world has seen.

Minnehaha Falls is awesome.

Valleyfair is our Cedar point, six flags...

Of course we have parks and lakes all over the place. I love lakes.

Fishing is sort of big. Yeah...Sorta of...

But when winter comes we become Nothingtodoapolis.

Why woulod he subject himself to that (kidding, kidding)? The last time I went to a Timberwolves game was last year, but only because my company let our department use the Executive Suite.

Rocketpig, my brother told me there is a really good sushi place in Edina, but the name escapes me.....I'll ask him.

We're taking it all next year. Be prepared. Who in Minnesota would have guessed that our Timberwolves would bring the city a championship in like 18 years.

@sephiroth

i will bet you any amount of money on that
