According to Kotaku it's only phat PS3's.

The other funny thing is I almost bought a slim today to replace my phat (it sounds like a jet engine and blue tooth devices, including my controller, connect only about 2/3 of the time).

My theory on this, check the date "November 28th" same error code too, I think its just some kind of update or something.

I have a a phat 160GB PS3 and its working fine. No errors, downloading 3 demos right now.

My question is, how do a bunch of others and myself who DON'T have internet hooked up have the same problem at the same time as all the PSN users?

tsupra, I think it has something to do with the new games. Almost everyone who is complaining has mentioned White Knight Chronicles or Heavy Rain.
