I was on another forum and its happening to everyone, its a server issue not a console issue

According to Kotaku it's only phat PS3's.

The other funny thing is I almost bought a slim today to replace my phat (it sounds like a jet engine and blue tooth devices, including my controller, connect only about 2/3 of the time).

i dunno if its a server problem, coz my ps3 isn't even connected to the net or any network wether it be hard wired or wireless what so ever and none of my freaking games are working. could it be some kind of timebomb in the firmware or something?
