there is a pes (pro evolution soccer) for this year and last year, the fact that you didnt know they were still going proves my point. Ever since they got someone who knows about soccer as the lead developer, EA took the lead.

I knew about PES but I thought that was developed by Konami.

you might be right kasz216, i personally have never been a fan of pes, plays way to unrealistic imo, fifa has always felt like a soccer game... i dunno

The last basketball game i've played was NBA 08 by Sony and i find it fun. Cant really compare with EA and 2K though.

MVP Baseball was awesome, and johnsobas is right The Show destroys 2K in every way for the past like 5 years now. And the last basketball game i like was Live '03..ive played the previous 3 years of NBA 2k and i own 2k10 and i just think its pretty awful.

I prefer Acclaims basketball games over EA or Take-2.

anyways, As for PES/FIFA. FIFA is probably better on the standard consoles, but on Wii I think PES is better due to the unique control scheme. I haven't played it, but I have heard a lot of people praise it over other versions. In terms of rankings, PES Wii meta ranks right up there with FIFA on the other systems.




If you drop a PS3 right on top of a Wii, it would definitely defeat it. Not so sure about the Xbox360. - mancandy
