This much more recent interview says the opposite.  See, there is mixed information from everyone.  And I have read many people who had it say that the US version was censored.

The government sorta can't censor the US version. Thats just not how things work. They cannot force anyone to censor their content of such things as violence and nudity. They can "suggest". But when it comes down to it. Other then a tag warning of the content. They cant and wont do shit.

Currently, they appear limited to pressuring ESRB (Didn't Hillary start that?) into slapping an AO DEATH tag on their game.  No developer wants an AO tag, it means death in sales.  In other words, they are currently limited to simply bullying developers into not putting things in a game.  But that is a fairly fine line.  One that can be crossed at any moment with little warning, if it hasn't been already, and with very few people taking notice or caring enough to say anything about it until it is too late.

There have already been many disscussions about censoring the internet.  It is a real possiblity, other governments have done it, ours has been talking about it.  It very much can happen.

I don't know what the "full" version has but if you're talkin' 'bout the boobs, they are in the US version I have.
