Well, to say I'm hooked would be the understatment of the year. Just spent another two hours on it. Wow! Still just scratching the surface.

The story is starting to annoy me a little. I just want to dive and I have to wade through a bunch of talking first, but I'm still early in the game. Does that continue for long? Or does it become more like the original where the story is there should you want to pursue it but you can otherwise just do your own thing without it bothering you any.

I have now discovered something big...But the batteries gave up on me. Will have to wait for them to recharge...will have to wait...NOOOOOOOOOO!

If anybody played it, I have a question. HOW DO YOU MAKE YOUR SALVAGE BAG BIGGER? I have found cool stuff, but the don't fit in the bag I have. What do I do? Thanks in advance!

Buy yourself another pair of rechargeables, man!

Picked my copy up yesterday and spent the rest of the day exploring. I needed this so badly after working 16 hours on Tuesday. I might do nothing else this weekend.

Just had the pleasure of diving in the cold regions with icebergs and such. Beautiful. I am now really addicted to salvaging objects. I have now put 10 hours in it and still great!

Amazon thinks I'll get it on March 3rd. I'm looking forward to it.

Well, Gamerace, it's more "driven" then the first one.  I have always things to do.  I feel no pressure to advance.  I have taken my time to salvage a lot of stuff and discovering everything in the first two spots.  But, the story does drive me to go further.  I have done my first tasks concerning photography and dive request.  I also did some salvaging missions.  It's more focused than the first one, I think.  Not a dull moment so far.  My way of playing is this one:  even when a new diving location is available, I wait a little to focuse on the one I was before.  I want to complete the map and salvage as much stuff as I can all the while discovering the animals.  Fun stuff let me tell you!

Still going strong. I am now in the amazon region. Very different feeling. I still prefer the corals region. The cold regions of the north and south give me an amazing feeling of awe. The dept of those regions is impressive. I have now passed the 16 hour mark and I have not lost the "great" vibe I have since the beginning.

i need to get this game!

I loved the first one, but OMG the sharks freak me out (I have an IRRATIONAL phobia)! I'm having trouble even getting through the 2nd level, and almost had a heart attack when I had to taser that EVOL Tiger Shark. ;_;

I hate to tell you... but the sharks get worse. I was showing my sister the game and she's going to get it, but she's concerned about her husband being terrified of the Great Whites. So you're not alone.

You can get through this! Face your fear!

I picked up the game on Thursday and have logged 31 hours since then. I pretty much did nothing else since then. I've almost finished the main story but I'm going to stick around to explore every nook, treasure, and life form this game has to offer.
