I watched from the original post and it seems pretty clear it's at the .1 mark right now and with the new build it should improve. Don't mistake me with some huge motion control fool, I'm not a big fan (but I do want that Mech Warrior game), but it's clear the haters are starting to look a little silly.

You can't look at that video and say it has bad lag, it just doesn't anymore.

Why would he invent a release date? What could he possibly stand to gain?

Hits? Street cred? Lulz? It doesn't really matter. I asked why he would even be told the release date. Otherwise it seems like a pretty good stab in the dark. They've done a pretty good job of holding back that information thus far so it seems strange for it to leak out just now.
