February 22, 2010 - Electronic Arts announced today the free, downloadable demo for Battlefield: Bad Company 2 that debuted on February 4 has been downloaded an astonishing 3.5 million times. Developer DICE has provided some interesting data from all the games they've been tracking.

Here's the breakdown so far:

* 3.5 Million downloads
* 500 Million kills
* 100 Million vehicle kills
* 15 Million knife kills
* 30 Million destroyed vehicles
* 10 Million head shots
* 25 Million revives

If you're still looking to get in on the action, the demo is set to expire on February 25 before DICE shuts down the servers. The full retail game will be available in North America on March 2 and in Europe on March 4 for Xbox 360, PlayStation 3, and PC.
