I remember that gonintendo.com once did a live blog for a previous nintendo media summit, and I think they'll be doing the same for this one.
Also... cubed3 have posted (http://www.cubed3.com/news/13750) that they'll have live updates on their site regarding the media summit. :D
I have some questions! Is it gonna be open for the people? And where exactly in SF is it gonna take place?

So they will risk themselves of getting sued by Nintendo? If the event is embargoed and they break the NDA they will face legal issues and will lose a lot of money. I doubt RMC is that stupid.

I forget. And i would bet if any embargoes apply, they'll be for a day or two at most, to give Nintendo Power and ONM the scoop.

That's why I said if it really is embargoed that's what will just happen. If they are going to reveal anything big, it has to be live, or at least that's how I see it. Perhaps you are correct and they want all the media outlets to unveil the announcements when the embargo lifts. It would be lame though.
E3 is where they will unveil anything IMO.
